The hardest and most interesting part of being a graphic designer here at L&B is working with the unknown. We work in such a way that we link marketing strategy with design right from the start. Design through prototyping enters the project right from the first hypothesis, when it is not yet clear what, to whom and how it will be communicated. It is therefore important to be able to analyze the client's needs, design and present different solutions, incorporate feedback and repeat the process until everyone is satisfied.
We are looking for a marketing consultant, strategist, marketer... simply a person who can combine the client's business ambition with an appropriate approach or marketing strategy. Most of our projects start with the client's ambition and it is up to us to guide the client through the strategic process: analysis - hypothesis - prototyping - strategy - priorities - plan. The hardest and most interesting part of being a marketer at L&B is knowing when to listen and when to advise.
