We developed a brand strategy & concept for a commercial Augmented Reality (AR) company based on the idea that Augmented Reality as a technology effectively expands people's imaginations, thereby simplifying decision making. AR as a technology is still a complex topic for many companies in terms of implementation and meaningful use. WideDimension wants to change this and offer AR as a tailored service to help its customers with the implementation and meaningful use of AR. The brand's communication focuses on the main benefit: AR expands people's imaginations and thus simplifies decision-making. The brand concept references the augmented reality theme by using perspective and a distinct gradient to create a legible and unique symbol of the letter D, which also creates the illusion of 3D space, expanding the imagination. The visual identity further develops the motif of augmented imagination by, like the logo, creating the illusion of space in 2D applications.
